Brings experience in critical-mineral infrastructure investment, structured finance, project initiation and product engineering. Adam is an investor and entrepreneur (BEng Hons, MRes) with a background in research and technology development. His prior experience includes leading and developing mining projects and a non-ferrous and refractory-metal processing plant in the EU, supplying governments and large industrial partners directly.

Established Saab Inc. as a first-time U.S. prime contractor on an approximately $500M U.S. munitions program, and generated over $41M annually through Oshkosh Defense's global service-provider network. Advises TASCA USA on defense-market strategy, federal positioning and partner development. Margaret is a lecturer of security studies at the University of New Hampshire and a retired U.S. Army cyber officer with more than 22 years of experience in government, military affairs, and cyberspace operations, planning, and strategy. Her military career included service as an assistant professor and researcher at the Army Cyber Institute at West Point, operational experience with the Cyber National Mission Force, and strategic planning and liaison assignments at the service level.
